TIMELY DISPUTE: Any violation notice disputed with I-66 Express Lanes Mobility Partners must be received within 30 days from the notice issuance date. I-66 Express Lanes Mobility Partners will process all violation disputes within 10 business days. Submitting a dispute will not change the due date of a violation or final notice. If this matter proceeds to court, the court can handle disputes and payments only.
